Over 5,500 images on 500+ pages dealing with history, equipment, literature and more are presented here for students of history, re-enactors, modellers, gamers, serious researchers and anyone interested in the Canadian Army between 1900 and 1999. |

Probably the best of them all: Bob Pearson cover a lot of information in general, much information on improving and converting the Revell to a Canadian corvette, and many links to other sites: aftermarket, corvette models other than the Revell offering, links, books and articles, his own sales, ... just go there. It is the single most useful site for my work on reconditioning a very damaged corvette hull! |
and HMCS Sackville These two sites provide a wealth of photographs taken of and on HMCS Sackville, now berthed at Halifax and the last corvette in the world. She's in excellent shape, and well worth a visit. Forty-three photos make this virtual visit an excellent alternative. |
Naval Museum of Manitoba. Although not dealing solely with corvettes, you can get photos and specs of virtually all of them here, by individual ship and by whole classes. Definitely worthwhile. |
Flower
Class Corvette This is a very good site devoted to Flower class corvettes, and it contains a great deal of modeling information. The focus is on the Matchbox/Revell 1/72nd scale kit, but it also hits on models of 1/400th and 1/700th persuasion: all in all, lots of information for the Flower class modeler. |
