It's been quiet, except for a couple of Chapter Liaison enquiries.
Due to personal demands, Jean Gratton stepped down as the RT Co-Editor and Chapter
Liaison Rep. Jamie expressed his gratitude for the hard work Jean had
done for IPMS Canada over the years, and we hope that Jean will be able to
come to the Executive again when conditions permit.
We were approached by
IPMS London for a sponsorship of their upcoming contest, and this was thought
to be a good thing. The Treasurer will cut a cheque and send it out to
this fine group.
The Editor of the UK's
Model Aircraft Monthly magazine needs a copy of our current advert for
publication in that magazine.
A number of renewal card
comments were read out and some will be posted on the IPMS Canada website.
IPMS Edmonton approached us for sponsorship of their contest and this too was
thought to be a good thing.

RT Editor
Sid
announced that we have articles coming on the Tutor.
At the time of writing there is a comfortable stock of articles on hand, but
members are always invited to add to that pile.
To help define the end of an RT article, Sid will now putting a device like a
maple leaf or something similar to help readers know when they've reached the
end of a piece.
RT 29/5 is planned for an end-Sept delivery date.

Special Projects
We are going to proceed with a freebie decal for our members, with Dennis
Weber's 441 Sqn Mustang III article being the catalyst. This will be a
fairly simple sheet, with only serials and codes being provided, in order that
we can provide this in the three main aircraft scales.
