- cowl flaps thinned to a more scale appearance
- hold down ring on arrestor hook added
- flare pistol drilled out
- antenna wires made from stretched sprue
Wings
- underwing catapult hooks refined
- underwing bomb racks drilled out
- Yagi antennae replaced with photo-etched units
- foil reflector added to landing light
- underwing whip antennae added
Paint and Decals
- airframe painted with Xtracolor X141 White, X125 Intermediate Blue and X121 Gloss Sea Blue
- national insignia are from Aero Master sheet 48-136, all other markings are kit decals
- aircraft weathered with chalk pastels
